Main house (without the in-law) is 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and sun splashed living-family room with 2 sets of sliders and skylights with gas fireplace, a flat screen TV and free wireless internet. Family room in lower level with a ping pong table, games, TV, and two bedrooms each with a queen bed, a fold out queen size futon, and full bath. Main level has the master bedroom with King bed, full bath and an OPTIONAL IN- LAW SUITE (extra cost see below) consisting of a queen bed, kitchenette, dining area and full bath with sliders to the front deck and 30ft balcony overlooking the San Juans.
