Types of Massage:
Therapeutic Massage: A combination of therapies to be tailored to the client’s needs, which may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Acupressure: An ancient healing art that uses the fingers to press key points on the surface of the skin to stimulate the body’s natural self-curative abilities.
Cranio- Sacral Therapy: A gentle, subtle yet powerful technique designed to work with the head, neck, and sacral joints. Especially effective for headaches, chronic lower back pain, migraines, chronic pain, post operative stress and learning disabilities. Wear light clothing.
Reiki: A system of energy healing using spiritually guided life force energy. Reiki originates in Japan and involves the laying on of hands.
Raindrop Technique: Raindrop Technique incorporates calming, energizing and soothing essential oils with traditional massage practices resulting in energy alignment, stress relief and the harmonious balance of every system in the body.
Reflexology: Acupressure to reflex points on the feet, hands, face and ears relating to organ systems and body structures.
Swedish: A vigorous system of treatment designed to energize the body by stimulating circulation.
