Visionary is a pioneering ISP, started in 1994 with five dialup lines and a 56k line to the Internet. Today, Visionary provides rural Internet and connectivity services throughout Colorado and Wyoming, with locations in Montana and New Mexico. Visionary combines fiber and microwave technologies to provide rural broadband options in communities throughout the Rocky Mountain region. Visionary Broadband acquired Skywerx in June 2017 and continues to serve customers with the same local team servicing Pagosa Springs and the surrounding communities.
